Corporate volunteering at Manchester Dogs’ Home this Christmas!
This week, our full team had the pleasure of spending the day volunteering at Manchester Dogs’ Home, supporting the kennel staff and regular volunteers who work tirelessly to care for vulnerable dogs.
Throughout the day, we helped walk dogs, lent a hand where needed and spent time learning more about the incredible work that goes on behind the scenes. One of the highlights was meeting some of the wonderful dogs currently looking for their forever homes this Christmas, including Mercedes, Veronica and Csilla. Each of them has a unique personality and all were more than happy to enjoy a cuddle or a treat.
We are extremely proud to continue working with this amazing charity and to support their kennel staff in any way we can. The dedication, compassion and attention given to every dog is clear to see, and the bond between the team and the dogs truly reflects the care and love they receive every day.
As part of our support, we are currently running a Christmas campaign to help feed these dogs over the festive period. There are many ways fellow businesses can get involved in this very worthy cause. Manchester Dogs’ Home runs corporate volunteering days on Tuesdays, giving teams the opportunity to help walk dogs in nearby fields, a mindful and peaceful experience that benefits both people and pups.
