Buy Me Media Ltd: Modern Slavery Act Statement

Introduction

Buy Me Media Ltd  recognises the importance of conducting business ethically and responsibly across our operations and in our supply chains. We are committed to ensuring that our business activities are free from any form of modern slavery or human trafficking, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Business and Supply Chains

Buy Me Media Ltd operates in the media advertising sector. Our supply chains encompass a range of suppliers, contractors, and partners, each contributing towards the delivery of our products and services. We are conscious of the potential risks related to modern slavery and continually work to ensure our supply chains are free from such practices.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We maintain a rigorous stance against slavery and human trafficking and expect the same commitment from our suppliers and partners. Our policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent slavery and human trafficking.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We have undertaken due diligence to identify, assess, and monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains:

  • Supplier Verification: We validate all our suppliers through an assessment, ensuring they are committed to ethical business conduct and do not engage in any form of modern slavery.
  • Training: Our staff receives training on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, ensuring they can identify and address potential challenges proactively.

 Training and Capacity Building

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff and encourage our business partners to provide similar training in their organisations.

Continuous Review

Our approach towards combating modern slavery and human trafficking is dynamic. We consistently review and adjust our policies and practices to ensure they remain effective. We encourage all our stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and clients, to report any concerns related to our direct operations or our supply chains.
