Overview

In late 2023, we approached a small holistic brand whose products we were already using in our own office. With low brand awareness and a limited marketing budget, they needed a partner who could help build credibility, increase visibility and drive online sales.

From day one, we believed in the brand and its purpose. We worked closely with the founder to develop a cost-effective digital strategy, support their brand identity, and create engaging creative across multiple platforms. Our approach focused on clear storytelling, smart planning and consistent execution across channels.

As the brand grew, so did our support. We guided them from initial awareness activity through to conversion-focused campaigns and retargeting. When the business gained national exposure through a popular TV show, we were ready with a coordinated digital strategy to convert attention into action.

The result was a rapid surge in awareness, engagement and revenue, transforming the brand from a small brand into a fast-growing retailer within the holistic wellness space.

Our Approach

We began with a Meta brand awareness campaign to introduce the brand to new audiences and communicate its values. Within two weeks, results exceeded expectations, leading to a follow up engagement campaign to increase visibility and interaction.

Alongside campaign delivery, we supported the brand with strategy development, media planning and creative production across static, video and audio formats. When the business secured a national TV opportunity, we created a multi channel strategy to maximise the impact and prepare for increased demand.

With awareness established, we launched a conversion focused campaign across Meta, Google, digital out of home and Pinterest to drive sales. This was supported by retargeting activity to re engage warm audiences and convert interest into action, resulting in strong growth across website traffic, Amazon sales and direct purchases.

Over a three month period, the performance of the campaign consistently exceeded industry benchmarks:

  • Landing page views increased from 21 in November 2023 to 3,585 in February 2024
  • Average cost per purchase was £4.05, compared with a UK holistic industry average of £33.30
  • Return on ad spend increased from 8 to 13.44 in just three months
  • Over 1 million impressions delivered
  • More than 500,000 people reached
  • 7,977 link clicks
  • Over 680 website purchases
