Overview
When we first partnered with this charity over three years ago, the goal was to increase festive donations during their busiest period. We delivered a targeted Christmas campaign across Meta, digital display and out of home formats, supported by a text to donate feature, which generated a strong uplift in both engagement and contributions.
Building on this success, our strategy shifted from seasonal fundraising to sustainable long term growth. We developed a clear creative message, strengthened their digital presence and focused on increasing recurring monthly donations rather than one off gifts.
Since our partnership began, monthly donations have increased by 180%, providing the charity with a reliable income stream that supports year round impact. Alongside ongoing optimisation and message refinement, we continue to deliver seasonal uplift campaigns, especially at Christmas, which drive generosity and long term donor growth.
Monthly Donation Highlights
Over the past six months our Meta activity has delivered strong and consistent results for the charity. Key performance highlights include:

Case Study: Christmas 2023 Conversion Campaign
During Christmas 2023, we launched a Meta only conversion campaign designed to drive single donations. The campaign was geo targeted and used warm, emotional creative that resonated strongly with audiences most likely to donate.
To ensure accurate tracking, we worked with the charity to create a dedicated checkout on their website. This allowed us to directly measure conversions from Meta through to confirmed donations.
